The Ohio Expo Center, located in the city of Columbus, is one of the most interesting places in the country to visit. At this location one will find year-round events that will meet anyone's desire for excitement. With over 125 events each year there is something going on almost every day.

The Ohio State Fair is held during the latter part of July and the early part of August. It has the usual Midway, exhibits, animals, shows and other things. It is one of the largest and most spectacular state fairs held in the United States. Here one will find homemade pies, cakes, jellies and canning as well as new model tractors, live shows and everything that people are interested in. There is something for everyone's interest.

There are 14 large buildings at this site which are used for various events. The coliseum, for example, has permanent and portable seating as well as bleachers, box sets and sky boxes. Ice events can be held there as well as others that require a dirt surface.

The Coliseum Building is used for many things and varies from an ice rink for ice skating to a dirt floor for truck pulls. It has also been used for football, trade shows and other events. In addition, there are multipurpose rooms which serve many uses.

The Celeste Center is another excellent building to visit on this site. Being able to hold up to 10,200 guests it has been used for everything from a concert hall to a livestock center. With air conditioning, an excellent sound system and other amenities it is very much in demand.

Regardless of what variety of interests a family has, they will be satisfied at this Expo Center. Everything from hip hop music to a rodeo will be found at this location. With the many events held there is a constant change as to what is on the programs. From father watching a truck pull, junior listening to modern music to mother examining hand made quilts it is a lifetime experience.
